So today and tomorrow is sort of New Years Eve for us followed by the starting day of actual Chinese New Years on Monday.
This year will be the year of the Ox and you can search up your Chinese zodiac astrology reading for the year if you are into that stuff.
Well today and tomorrow, we prep for Chinese new years. Doing all cleaning as possible: washing ALL the clothes,dishes,other fabric materials like rugs and upholstery's. Because it is believe that during the new years people aren't suppose to clean the house because it's bad luck or something like that. And on the first day of the new years, people like to dress in new clothes and shoes(that's what I'll be doing) to represent new everything, a fresh start I guess. We also go to the temple (depends, some go the the temple near by or go to the temple up near temple city, go figure). Most families will visit all their relatives near by a reasonable distance apart (for example, not going to china just for a day, but who knows).
So Anyways that's what we do, today I did kind of a ceremonial thing, putting up incense and burning those special papers just for the occasion.
I played Maplestory with Ceejay, while venting, because we just had free time to spare. Long story short, I'm starting to hate it again(just REAL brief).
After that Janice, Ceejay, and I played "Blockles", which is tetris on the site: "Iminlikewithyou.com" you can use your AIM/E-mail address to log in. Anyways, Also long story short, Janice murdered Ceejay and I. She had 6 wins ,and Ceejay and I both got 1.
I helped my friend Jakrin in his Crucible essay because he left everything on the essay in class first period, poor guy.
