was an excellent movie filled with action packed ass kicking, I dont know, but does TF2 has more combat then TF1? Optimus Prime was sick! and the Twin bots where hilarious. I dont wanna kill it for those of you that haven't seen it, but I get it a 9/10 (:
I also watched Terminator Salvation. "meh" is all I can say for it, its like seeing the first original movie dolled up in hollywood special effects, I give it a 6/10

O man, am I glad to be back :]
As I sit here and type up this blog I'm like, 85% well, I still have some cough and a manageable headache. So I'm going to try to see what I can fit into this blog.
Monday, Jackie came for her Diploma and "stuff". She was sick, so I congrat her coming to school after a fever and a sore throat, my parents would've thrown me into the bus with or without a fever.
Tuesday, the start of break and I was bored as hell! stayed home all day doing nothing
Wednesday, I told myself I was going to get sick since my body started feeling numb and etc.
Thursdat-Friday, stayed home, had a 100.5 Fº fever for both days, and went to see the doctor, my mom said dont go and I was just dead, so I didn't listen to her.. good thing I didn't. It turns out it was the flu-virus, doctor said its in all of us, its just dormant until its activated by the flu germ from people that was sick around me or alergies so no matter how I take medicine and drink chinese herb stuff, those only help supress the pain, but it doesn't cure it, I had to wait for it to go away.
Saturday, finally came out of the fever go stuff to eat
Today, I taught my little cousin some tennis since he was getting lessons..lucky him, I hope he can kick my ass on the court on day. As of this moment, I think I'm going to teach myself piano from the cousin's leftover course books and stuff and take the classical guitar lessons on the side as well.

Fun Fun Fun
Fun being sick like everyone else, so yeah, I'm one of the cool kids now. My flu started yesterday, and yeah... it sucks. My body feels weak and my throat alters my voice, but only when I cold is when my throat really hurts, so I and thankful for that. I only cough solemnly. I gargle warm salt water, drink Nyquil (original licorice flavor) and wear a sweater to prevent any more shit from happening, and o yeah... a SHIT load of sleep...

TOMORROW!
I'll be going to school because of the fact that I hate home, I might take it for granted, but yeah, I dont like to be stuck at home. so feel free to join me in the last day of school, I bet there will be many phone calls though about people's kids being absent. I'll be bringing Chris G's racket in case he got my message and wants it back, if not, its probably going up on ebay haha! jk chris. I'm not going in the room tomorrow because Dick's not going to be here, and I'm scared of Mr.Poe's encounter... if Q's not coming then I'll be the one with the room key, unless ceejay decides to unlock it, but I suggest NOT! Plus, tomorrow should be of good weather, so being out side would probably feel good. I'm only bringing the following: lanyard, a few bucks, ID, cellphone,MP3 player and that day's lunch/breakfast ticket. Seem's like a lot, but they take up less room.
So anyways, it looks like Kevin's up at Northern California right about now. I'm going to miss you guys, the whole Canlas family, you guys are great haha. Jenn's going to be attending lincoln HS next school year, and half the varsity tennis team are off on their delightful break until they have to go to college. I predict ceejay's been talking to janice all day, or sleeping all day, OR out with the guys all day.
My turtles big enough to literally climb out of it's tank, so my dad made a lid to cover the tank so that the turtle wouldn't climb out at night.

Plans!
So recapping.
thursday, one of the saddest day in my life time, my fellows seniors officially departure and head toward college and the real world. Literally. Taking pictures for ever-lasting memories and haha a few laughs here and there to mellow out the crying. I just noticed, I haven't taken a grad picture with Jackie nor Jenny :(
Jackie I can understand, everyone wanted to take pictures with her and Ethan >_<, poor Ethan, first time experience of mediocre paparazzi-ness for him. Jenny as well, she's suppose to be miss toughness-or-I-will-kick-you-ass, and if you see her cry you'll probably be turned into stone :)
Friday was just empty. All Juniors were just there, nothing special. We just hung out throughout the day pondering what the hell are we going to do next. The Filipinos were going to go to Jamie's graduation and Ryan b. picked up some cute flowers, I should've pitched in for that cute graduation bear :) but I think Ryan wanted to keep those things on the download so that he doesn't get obliterated by the Head "HO"ncho (pronounced hon-cho). Kelly went to the graduation as well, and she appeared out of nowhere, and Rick was sleeping at 3:00pm o_o. crazy muthufucker.
Saturday, today, I finished watching Disney Pixar's "UP". That movie was really good, I especially loved Doug, SO CUTE!!
Anyways, my plan was that we all try to gather one last time to watch Transformers 2 and then maybe sneak into Year One on TF2's opening day haha since I believe most of the security will be on the TF2 doors anyways. Plus, it'll let the couples make-out without hesitation ;D And maybe walk around before and after.
Tennis anyone? I mean, its a long time away until girl season and guy's season is even longer, but a little practice won't hurt, plus it'll be good exercise trying to shake those tennis cobwebs off. I wanna get skinny over the summer, that's my goal.

As you guys leave you all leave a pretty deep imprints on all of us, from social life (the jokes and laughs, and moral shit)to the more technical part of life (helping w/ homework, grade, pre-college stuff, etc. I will not, I repeat, will most likely not (haha) forget any of you in the future unless I was to go into deep coma. My short term memory is shit, but the long term memory is in tip top shape, and I believe you guys are all in that long term memory of mines. As I eat my bowl of noodles and reminiscing about all the good and bad times we had together, I hope for the best for all of you, turn out rich and successful will yah? (heheh..) As you walk across that mediocre built stage I can say that I'm glad to be your friend and shared the best of times and worst of times with you. Everyone will miss you so you can count on that when the new school year start, like as I wrote in most of your yearbooks, come back and visit (:
Reggie, your athleticism is beyond belief and your resilience is even more beyond belief, mr. scholar athlete. Even though you are a goof ball, you can pack a punch in a classroom as well as on the courts. You would even play basketball and tennis when your fingers are half broken. GG.
Kevin, you have been one hell of a guy, haha. From stealing shit to pranking all over the place, you gave me knowledge about what a true prankster can really dish out with the proper and pretty expensive equipments, that I mean your iphone and all that shit. You know, I should've put this in your yearbook instead haha. But yea, especially you, I'll never forget you mr. party pinoy guy, and your the guy that help me thought of this blog

Anyways I went to a new restraunt called "New Lei kum gay" despite the childish title it was a good restaurant, I had chow mein double fried noodles (the traditional way, not the kind you get at chor's) and they gave out free che ba mau's or iced coffee with every order :]
The wonders of food and how its like one of the only things keeping the world at peace.
edit: I rather had the lakers lose one night so that they can celebrate in their own turf, but w/e Laker's looking good so far.

Anyways, I'm traing my pokemons and blogging at the same time lol. Yeah I'm a nerd, but I dont care, whatever makes me happy. So today, my guitar finally gets moving from the UPS over there and will probably arrive by the 18th while my guitar stand will get here 2 days earlier (go figure).
Today, all I did was stay at home and washed my clothes... it was so fun.. (sarcasm) and like a few moments ago, my turtle climbed out of its tank... yeah... that reminds me that I needa get a bigger tank and I needa film how my turtle gets out.. silly little thing..

Last Day
For the 5:30 bus :[
Now I have to come home and like, study or something.
The Math semi-final wasn't that hard actually haha, I think I did pretty good. Thank you carol for a little review before the test.
Asian Pageant practices are getting under-way with a few acts that have started earlier and some that just start, I think. The banners are almost done I suppose, well at least the "2009" banner made by, I believe, Ceejay, Janice, Jackie, Bi and Jenny, sorry if I left out anyone, those were the people I saw with paint brushes haha.
I saved Amy Nam from a full-on panic attack haha, she left yellow forms and etc. in the Asian room.
My guitar is finally shipped and will arrive next week! hopefully... Speak of guitar, Willem brought his Alvarez acoustic guitar today and he was playing some John Mayer in the room and started singing which probably surprised the majority of us that the "iceman" had enough courage to just sing out of nowhere. Willem was good :D I wanna learn from him one day. Haha, learning from him in tennis and guitar.
So my second period teacher was absent today, so I couldn't watch Sidney Vu's project so we had to do work... lots of it... man. So after I finished my work, I wrote a note to go to the Asian Pageant practice and "helped out". I just shook some paint up and used a paint brush :]
As you might've heard, the Asian Pageants is going to be held on the 18th with dress rehearsals on the 16th. I really want to help out with the props, it looks fun. I like to do work where I'm not the center of attention and I can observe people's appraisal from afar. Next year, maybe, go out with a bang :] maybe literally hah.
The Gyms where both open as well today, so its been open for like a week and noone from the class of 09' has taken advantage of it, not paint it with purple/gold or pasting "Don't Feed" stickers, but like putting something more creative without the mess of vandalism.
Sorry about Jamie's fries, I came in and thought it was Rick's or Ceejay's so I took one strand of fry and then they said it wasn't theres... so I kinda wondered who was it. Reggie then comes in with ripped jeans and purple painted finger nails and took friesssss. >_< "OOO look, fries!" "They're Jamie's!" "OOO look, fries!"
JAMIE! I'll repay you back somehow! I'M SO SORRY!!

Now I have to come home and like, study or something.
The Math semi-final wasn't that hard actually haha, I think I did pretty good. Thank you carol for a little review before the test.
Asian Pageant practices are getting under-way with a few acts that have started earlier and some that just start, I think. The banners are almost done I suppose, well at least the "2009" banner made by, I believe, Ceejay, Janice, Jackie, Bi and Jenny, sorry if I left out anyone, those were the people I saw with paint brushes haha.
I saved Amy Nam from a full-on panic attack haha, she left yellow forms and etc. in the Asian room.

Hehe!
Well, its been a while since I blogged or anyone blogged for that matter haha. The Seniors are getting ready to graduate and the Juniors are going to feel stressed after vacation.
I just found out, from my dad's excessive scream and cheering that lakers will be winning 3-1 coming back to Los Angeles for the hopefully final game where the seats will be packed and either everyone will be disappointed or there will be a crazy party/riot in LA.
♪If you haven't noticed, my little personal DJ bear on the side haha, the playlist includes: David Choi - "Won't Even Start", "Always Hurt", "Windmill and "Love", Matt and Kim "Daylight" which is featured in, I blieve, a Heineken Commercial, and last: Leona Lewis "bleeding love" (I just like that song haha).♪
Today in tennis room: I played a doubles game, Martin and I vs. Ceejay and Janice. We kinda stopped at 5-4 1/2. thats right, five to 4 and a half. Martin and I were leading 40-15/30 and well, the ball, hit by I dont even know anymore, went into the locked section of the courts and well, we didn't want to play with the flat balls.
Listened to some music, got a gallon of fruit punch w/ no sales tax, and found out that the small gym was still unlocked when I went to go look at Jamie's volley-ball practice. When I got there Jamie was serving... that little Ho can serve, not hard, but its the kind of serve that will either make the team win or loose because it like one of those consistent enough serves where you probably just set the team for a nice play. You go girl!
Hopefully my guitar will be shipped soon, because the 4/4 guitar they had wasn't in stock until today, but they DID send the guitar stand first... so I'll be having a guitar stand with no guitar O_O... go figure. I used $100 prepaid debt on the guitar because my dad is paranoid people are going to steal his credit card number and etc. Which isn't a bad idea, and he's like a guru in credit cards, he's basically using free money.
My sister just messed up her paper.. its semi-jammed...
anyways, this looks about the right amount, so

Anyways, I heard Albert Deng was stupid enough that he got caught by Nunez putting up Karl's Racket or whoever's racket that was on the ceiling with a paper clip =_="
So yeah, today's prank was good, but I feel sad for Liz :P
Played 4-Square, Tennis style, I suppose o_o
Hopefully I can order my guitar by tomorrow since that's when its back in stock
And Hopefully Amy Nam will take my request on singing "Keri Hilson - Knock You Down + Ne-Yo's Part" I even offered Ceejayfilms to sing Kanye's part, but we mostly know not many people like Kanye's part because he's a over self-confident asshole.

After prom :P
Well, see how the majority of the people who read this will read it after they go to prom because seeing how prom is from 7pm-12am I bet you guys will read this tomorrow.
Anyways, today, I went guitar shopping at Guitar Center in Hollywood and it was so weird because I knew nothing about guitars! So I was there just sticking out like a sore thumb looking meaninglessly at shiny guitars. Big, round, banjos, squares, it was just weird. Its like going to racket doctor for the first time, everyone's an expert and your the just-starting-out newbie.
After all that guitar hunting, I decided to get that one above for a cheap $50, since the one at the guitar center, and that the guy recommended me on, was $200. Since, I'm just learning guitar, I dont think i'll need something that expensive yet. The difference between that one above and the guitar center ones, is that the type of wood/material it's made out of. The crazier the wood, the higher the price and the more lovely the sound is.
So, how was prom guys? please explain in comment about experiences (:

Prom & Happy Birthday Simon MAC!
We'll, I think I go since they now let under classmen go. I'll just buy the ticket when I get there, I'll be wearing black, see you all there :] I'm going with Martin and we'll just chill while the rest of you go dance and what not...
PFFT! only if that was true for you guys, most likely there will be a gigantic gap in the prom place itself and there will be annoying, immature under class men running around and thinking their cool with their unoriginal plain black and white outfits. And I could be wrong, which I always am, and tomorrow will be the greatest day of your lives and will remember forever. So hope to me that I'm wrong.
Today, everyone went home early, kinda. We mostly went home on the 3:30 bus and yeah. I just got home and played on the computer. I love me some gun games, the people in there are funny as well.
After a while, I started to look up guitars and I sent some to my friends, Ludwig and Jessyka. The both agreed to get this little guy:

Looking for a Classical Guitar!
Acoustic, Nylon string guitar :]
I got enrolled in a beginners guitar over the summer so that I have something productive to do over the summer, so yeah, If you guys have one lying around or is willing to let me borrow it over the summer OR are willing to sell it for a reasonal price, I would be happy to negotiate :]

Anyways, yeah, above.
Today we are off early for our last go-home-day for the rest of the school year. I started my day off by hearing that Mr. Poe would be here and that our asian room pretended we're the actual breakfast club. then I kindly wanted to bolt out of that room since it WAS mr. poe. He's both cruel and clueless at the same time, so I didn't want to get into trouble.
1st) watched a video on 9/11, turns out the whole blowing up the twin towers thing was planned out like a decade ago and yeah... iono, I fell asleep as well. Ryan Buenviaje and Richard Lee had sleep-a-thons for the past few days we've been watching videos.
2nd) went with the guys to video tape their project, and I got to be the camera man even though I'm not in their group, I was just practically done with mines and needed time to spare.
-lunch- Thank you sidney for the ice breaker fruit mint, it kinda help settle down my coughing since I paid 98% of my attention into playing with the tablet in my mouth :](then after the test, and I realized the fruitiness was gone, I started coughing again, and again, and again..)
3rd) Test... random test.. (thats all I have to say)
came home and my dad tried to make mashed potatoes for the first time... it was a failure, he didn't know how to make it at all..., so my plan is to use that chunky paste of tasty roots to make potato cakes, its like crab cakes, but with potatoes :D ingenious right?
Then went to sign up for SAT prep over the summer and guitar lessons, I think i'll forget how to read the actual notes, so I think i'll stay with tabs instead after that class.
