The Big Bang Theory


I have got to say that I love this show WAY more than "How I Met Your Mother" because I can somewhat relate, socially anyways, and the level of humor is beyond a regular person. The show is basically a bunch of physicists and the girl next door, Penny, living together with exception of Howard Wolowists and Rajesh Koothrappali. The basic story line is Leonard Hofstadter, I guess the protagonist, trying to live the life of a nerd while being the cool guy out of the bunch and try to win over Penny (no last name). His Roommate, Sheldon Cooper, is a theoretical physicist and a boy genius and I wont say his personality because that's one of the best part of this show and the show's favorite character. Wolowists is a jewish, horny man that still lives with his mother and a master in aerospace engineering. Rajesh can't talk to pretty girls... unless he has an intake of an alcoholic beverage before hand. Anyways, it is just a show depicting how a bunch of these brainiacs have fun and live their "normal" life. I'm waiting for Season 3 to come out so YES!

Overall it is a really good show to watch, but I do prefer having dictionary.com and Wikipedia in handy because the things they mention in the show is actually real and Sheldon's vocabulary is insane.

William Chy

Planned on going to Q's house for the evening and I did just that but not knowing anything that was going to happen. I went for the spontaneous-ness. I was the first to be at Q's house and yea waited for Sidney, Anne, Leega, Ellen and William to come. By the way, today was suppose to be some kind of "picnic". When they arrived Q and I was setting up the table and planning on serving tea? The "picnic" turned into a table filled with McDonalds and a fruit table clothe. After we finished eating we played "What is yours like?" which is like a reverse Taboo, I love that game haha, it lets you have fun with the description but it leads toward the word. Played until about 5:30ish and we pulled out the expected cake for william the birthday boy haha. He went ahead and bought the lotto and a scratch card too so yeah. Anyways the cake was candled, and we sung to the birthday boy, kinda. It was Mariah Carey with Q's voice over. Everyone had a piece of cake, and it was good, the strawberries where crisp~

Turquoise for 2010?

I thought turquoise was the majority favorable color for 09' either that or purple since that's the colors I see often when I go out to malls and stuff. Whatever happened to that mustard looking color Jacqueline was talking about? I rarely even saw that color ._.

Vegas was fun I suppose, it was me alone and a pocket full of money I would've loved it even without the gambling and the adult entertainment, which by the way was repulsive how they have that advertise everywhere and there are kids around (5-12 yrs old). I couldn't even look at the ground because the dirty pictured advertising cards all over the sidewalk. I walked into Excalibur, the castle looking hotel, and I hear club music, wondering where that came from I torqued my head around to search for the bar that was playing it since it was pretty loud as well, I then see irregular movements to the corner of my eye and it was a pole dancer... right across from her was Spongebob and kids taking pictures with the jolly yellow sponge I was thinking to myself: "what the fuck..." Yeah I got off on a tangent there, but without my parents and cousins it would've been a very fun, non-sleep experience. My example was going to the Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood with the family. Some brand name stores had an after Christmas sale, like H&M had purple/teal/light blue jeans on sale for $15 but seeing how those are not my colors, I didn't bother trying them on, plus my little cousins just wanted to go home or stay at the hotel room... I can't blame him, he's still at the age where he stares at video games day in and day out. I went into a Build-a-bear workshop to find an Alvin the Chipmunk doll for $22... I wanted to get it REAL bad because it was pretty well made and it looked awesome with my wearing the same sweater >_<". My family basically stayed at the GAP... getting pretty non-fashionable clothes with a few exceptions, and that's because either i said "yes" to the item or my sister picked it out herself. Long story (not very)short family + vegas + shopping = agony.

On to the fun I had. I really wanted to play the midways games so the first try was Circus Circus... place was crowded, no good prizes, and some guy lost his car keys in front of me and I chased after him to give it back, since it WAS Christmas, when I finally got to him he just said "thanks" in a monotone voice and went on with his business... that asshole... Circus Circus was a bust...

Excalibur, I wont my plush doggy from playing that horse racing game with the rolling of the balls and yea i got lots of red holes the last few rolls. :)

THERES ALOT OF SHIT TO TALK ABOUT....

went to Game Works, abused the shit out of the timed card and got 100 credits to try to get a pokemon plus which i failed at. I was trying to get either a Charmander or a Crocaunk. with the last 6 credits i got a little monkey at another crane machine and i thought of ceejay when i got it ._. sorry

the room service credits my aunt got is a $40 for any restaurant in the MGM and she got bufflo wings, mini-burgers, and nachos. and Thats how i got the mini tabasco bottle. there was ALOT of food for the 3 days 2 nights... I'm getting bad indigestion from it... I need to play some tennis or run a few laps around lincoln park...

Crazy dream part III w/ Sidney Vu

yea... iono about this one. Its as weird as part 2. I gotta stop staying up so late playing games, it really messes me up. I dont get this many dreams in a week.


Ok, so this one I woke up in bed, did my usual thing but it was sunny outside. I found a palm size frog outside my door and that shit jumped at me and in a blank moment, i killed it, and my mom made noodles and the frog's legs were part of the meal. I then end up at Verdugo, outside the asian room, with kevin, ceejay, rick, ryan, and martin matreo rap battling in a corner. then I feel a poke. I turn around it was sidney vu lol. then I walk inside the asian room, and I get poked again. There was sidney again. I walk out of the asian room, josie to my left, and her with the poke again >_<". Flash forwarded again and i was going to leave on the 1:15pm bus and there was sidney again, running towards me this time ... then poking me again. all these pokes by the way, was on my left torso. I the woke up to see all my blankets except 1 on the floor... I then found out why there was so much poking... it was a pen cap that i was sleeping on... wow. just wow.

any psycho-analysis on this you future psychology majors? and I mean for all 3 of my dream in a row and then individually.

Crazy dream part II w/ Ho's

So this time, the dream was at my cousin's house. Except it was my house instead. I had a big gate in front of it where these 9th graders where trying to hop it to get into the pool I had out back. so a few were skinny enough to slip through the bars and I ran out and punched them, go figure. they ran back out side and I ran back inside and watched them try to jump the gate again. I even thought to myself while dreaming "I should get barbed wires". LOL this is ridiculous. After a while I stopped watching those freshmen try to hop my gate so I walked out back to my pool. I saw Jackie, Carol, and I believe Josie (yea, the Ho's were in my dream...wtf) hopping through the fences out back and I just starred because wtf, why are Ho's in my dream in my back yard. Jackie says "OOO look, a pool, it's still bubbly!", I look in. There was 3 pairs of shoes in the bottom of the pool, so again I thought to myself in my dream "o fuck..." 4 9th graders come out the side of the building and run towards me, I look over at the Ho's and Jackie was standing there, Carol ran to the left of me and Josie stayed back. I tried to fend off myself from the munchens, but I also forgot I didn't watch the front gate so more ran behind me, I struggled and I woke up... (did I mention my cousin doesn't have a pool int he back yard? and my back yard was my apartment with a pool magically in the middle of it while the front was my cousin's house?) yup.. I woke up to the sound my my mom using the butcher knife hammering into chicken for today's 'bye-son'. I love doing it because it might be a little hard work, but the roast pork and the soy-sauce chicken is all good.

Did I also mention I'll be going to Las Vegas for 4 days/3 nights? From Christmas day til' Sunday. Even though Vegas is only good when you're 21+. But whatever, I'm going to gorge myself at the arcade and midways trying to win stuff that is rigged haha, like the claw machines and those toss the ring onto cola bottle game.

a month later, January 30th to be exact, I'll be going to Orange County for a wedding and "meet long-unseen-cousins of mines", but my cousins and me are just going for the wedding food. The walnut shrimp, the cold platters, and the roast duck with the colored chips and of course, the shark fin soup :P. I myself, would like to travel and for the food :)

that should be a good blog for the morning, my mind is playing tricks on me right now because my computer screen and keyboard and hands look so far away from me right now, but in reality they are only like 2 feet away from my face... any suggestions on how to solve it? drink water? take a break? lemon juice?

Last day of school (until 2010)

Today was a great day I would have to say. Waking up an hour later, everyone being a little more happy because of it, even the bus driver looked a little more happy. Rode the bus, and someone happened to used shaving cream and wrote "Seniors 2010" in front of the school, and people didn't step on it. Went to the room, there was food on the table, Amy nam and Ryan Buenviaje arrived early with Ceejay. Ben, on the other hand, came on regular time instead of using that extra hour to sleep because he didn't know it was reverse minimum day.

Day started out by Kelly, Amy, Sidney, Ellen, and Leega exchanging gifts for their secret santa, Edward and I played chess as well as Richard Tran and Q. Ceejay playing Yu-Gi-Oh lol and Ryan handing out goody sacks. Thanks again Ryan B. Suk then comes to me and gets me a Reeses Pieces candy cane :] so thank you big sis. I felt really bad that I didn't get anyone anything, not even candy canes :( Ms. Nunez then comes and was actually playing around with us with her "she's-mad" face and voice. Overall, this morning was pretty festive if I say so myself.

First period, tennis. Second period, stay for a moment then tennis. Third, did nothing except that I sat outside the Asian room listen to my music while Jenny, Janice, Jackie, Kelly, and Bi caught up with Dick, Nunez, and couple other teachers. Everyone was having a blast. Reggie and Paul came during2nd I believe, and yea. While everyone was doing their thing, I just sat outside waiting for Carol because she wanted to play tennis. And so we did.

1:30 everyone left while I asked Reggie if he could give me a lift back home and he said yes, so I thanked him for that. Played tennis with Kevin V., Reggie, Paul, Simon, Ryan B., Jackie, Josie, Liz, Ryan N., Martin C., Bi, Janice, and Jenny. Yup, nostalgically, memories came back, except for the fact that 90% of the people playing tennis graduated already.

Ate Nunez's Flan cake. Reggie's driving. Nice day.

WHY!

So I just experienced one of the most awkwardest moments in my life.

It started by my sis, my dad, and I going to Target to get a Christmas present for my cousin. I got him Taboo and a deck of Pictureka.

After buying the games, the receipt is came with had a 50cent off the target cafe, so I decided, "hey,why don't we just use it and get popcorn?" So we did. Right after I pay for the popcorn and soda I turned around.

First thing I saw was none other than Sidney Vu at target with her red jacket ._. a bag a popcorn in my left hand and an empty cup of soda on my right. "Contagious" - Boys Like Girls playing in my ipod, a pocket full of change and I thought to myself "why, you messing with me!" Then I saw Billy and I laughed. I wanted to wave but she didn't notice me, I think, and my hands were preoccupied with the movie snacks, and my face was looking clueless.

After all that: I went to Big5 -> 168 super market -> walmart

Rainy days and iTunes

Sitting here blogging about my day is the best feeling right now. Something about the rainy day, with the heavy water droplets from the sky hitting against the earth, combined with low-lite lights and music is just entertaining.

Today I woke up and thought to myself: "I have guitar lessons at 12:30..." I woke up at 9am and then started to think that I should really yell at the Dell/Bestbuy people for now getting me my Windows 7 home premium upgrade. So I searched everywhere on the internet for solutions... I went to the Dell upgrade link and I made an account and everything and tried to re-register my computer, and it worked. Sitting there thinking: "wtf..." So I just thought "whatever..." and submitted the second time, because I also submitted the order a few months ago, so I hope this one will actually come on time.

Ate a microwaveable burrito and some broken up Dorritoes, that was my breakfast.

Guitar lessons at ELACC. It is pretty fun today I have to admit. There was only a handful of people that came in today and a small class to learn an instrument is the best. After some warm-ups and a little lecture into music theory (key signature, and 1/3;1/7/;1/5 notes space. I forgot what was it called), a few people started to have their recital. I came in last because I happened to be in the other half of the class. I played the "arpeggio exercise number 3" and started out good, but I still need lots of practice on my timing and technique with my right hand. I don't have another lesson til' February 27th 2010. So that will give me some time to play and practice.

note to self: I need to get a new set of nylon strings for my guitar. My G&B-string is sounding flat and my E/A/D strings look like they're pretty rusted.

I love chatting over Facebook,its pretty fun. Especially with Sidney, Anne, and Leega. They get pretty random, in particular Leega. For example there was this one conversation about the "Social Interview". It went from tattoos to fruits to Victoria Secret's Fashion Show rerun to people planning to hit each other and billy to tea and long words. Just crazy :]

On Friday, it was raining after school and I stayed til' 5:30... sigh, that was kind of a waste of my time. Jaddis and her "baby girls", Robin, Yen, Mitch and I played Mafia. It was pretty fun, it could have went better. Carol and Jaime watch movie trailers for the time being and was glued to the computer screen. Martin slept and was out cold. I lightly slapped him a couple of times and he didn't wake up. I suk was leaning over him and I had to push her to wake up martin. Ceejay, Ryan, Rick, and Kevin, I believe, went somewhere. So I'm there bored to death...

I don't know about you guys, but I love her new straightened hair. Even though some people would still prefer her original, curled, hair. I just felt a little gay talking about this, but it's not everyday I get to do this so yea... I just like the new look. Plus she's beautiful <3, and a really good singer may I add haha. Well things are looking up.

On the day of the December SAT's I came across a purple ipod nano 8GB on a patch of grass, you know, the patch of grass between the sidewalk and the house. I'm enjoying it right now, but I can't help but to think that apple products' battery life isn't the best... seeing how I have to charge it everyday 2 days, while I can go for about a week without charging on my Zen.

Craziest Dream Alive!

So as I was dreaming/having a nightmare, I was experiencing this:

Ryan N. was with me and we went to his place, somewhere in his house, but then all I saw was my parents and I couldn't remember a thing. Then it flash fowarded to this
iono what the place was, but it looked like homecoming night, the place before the check-in with the security guards. Stadium lights were on, flashing lights everywhere, and then across the street it was dark. I walked over and I think I saw Sam Gomez or something and he and his buddies thought I was a cop. I had a bag of gummybears with me at the time and iono who it was, but there was another guy in on this, and he had a super soaker. so I ran up in front of the car they where in and I started yelling "get the fuck out, get the fuck out!" and they ran. Ryan N. with like, someone else comes in with a hummer and i asked if I could drive it, and he said yes. I drove it down griffin ave. and there was a red light. I couldn't stop,so i ran through the red light and made a U-turn into the bright-right (across the ARCO) and I drove back out and tried to turn right again, but then a cop shows up and he made my car automatically drive to the side and slow down. I was panicking and I started to look for my ID card, but all I had a the student ID. I looked over and i forgot who it was, but all he did was looked at me confused (HAHA). Right before the actual cop came, I woke up... SAT time baby!

So it looks like everyones on the upside :P

Yup, things are starting to look up for a lot of people. Me on the other hand (yea, I'm trying not to be a downer), my dad still thinks he's got me on a leash because he says if I get a bad score/grade he'll ban me from the computer for a year... in which I'll be in college...

Black Friday

So not sleeping until 2am today, I woke up at 6am because Ben miscalled me while stepping on his phone. So I stayed up until now without any sleep in between, and I got to say, this is quite tiring.

So checking on facebook what everyone was up to, some of my friends lined up in front of staples and PacSun to get good deals on clothes and laptops, i wonder if it was worth it? Sitting there looking at the news of people parking in places where no car should be parked in front of Walmart and people running in and out with big brown boxes.

After a couple of hours, My mom, my sis, and I decided to go shopping for minor things since we already got pretty recent computers and t.v. We went first to Office Depot where we got my orange sony earbuds and my sister's 8gb flashdrive. The line wasn't that long since it was like 8-9am in the morning, while all the computers are gone. Next we went to Staples were my sis got a laptop cooler and there was practically no line there, but shit was on the ground and laptops where gone. Last we went to Citadel Cathedral Outlet mall where there was a lot of 50% off everything in store til' ___ time and by one get second one 50% off. I got my orange DC zip hoodie and black jeans. My sis got a hoodie as well, i dont know how to describe it, but i think it looks cool with a mosaic of blue, greens and yellow. We also bought a wind breaker jacket for my dad since he's too much of a conservative spender to buy a new one.

Went to Carl's Jr. grabbed some burgers to eat and went home.

I was planning to go to Glendale to see the stuff there but it was about 2-3pm in the afternoon and my mom has been driving for a while and everyone's pretty tired so I'm guessing we're going to go tomorrow since most of the major department stores has 2 day sales.

What I wanted to look for was a PSP that was used for cheap but I couldn't find, let alone see any, anywhere.

While home, we tallied up how much we spent today, I believe the total was around $160 for everything, which I thought wasn't that bad compared to last year's $700.

switched into my PJ's and sat here in front of my monitor until now checking up on facebook, talking on AIM and gaming.

Did I mention the 3 hour study of SAT? that was so fun =_=". My dad thinks there is a line between passing and failing the SAT's. I mean there is but there's only a score. He then hovered over me for about an hour to make sure I was really studying...

blah blah blah.

My karma/luck has been so bad lately, like i told leega. Anyways yea.

Grades, not looking so good... goddamn, end of story.

I've been trying to talk to her personally for a while now, but the bashful nature that is her be preventing us from doing that. Seeing as how everyone is so open these past few weeks there would be no surprise if there was one. Having conversation about other people's love life got me wonder: "wow." I don't know how this girl got to this point but she's a party animal, and a heart breaker at one point I bet. Even though it made me flinch a little, it had no significant effect upon me since it IS high school after all. The birth place of rumors, dramas, and everything in between. Then again, it's these things that put people closer together, whether it is more of the friendship direction or closer emotionally. Maybe that's why they created high school reunions, maybe because since high school is real life in a nut shell that they want to compare it to the real life adults go through.
I may not be the most fun of people when it comes to things I really believe in, since I am 80% of the time being non-serious, if I want something I am determine to get it with the additive amount of procrastination. However I do go for quality then quantity, so I dont care how long it takes as long as the customer is happy.

going on a tangent and away from the subject above: can you alumnis please tell me exactly what I have to do for the next 4 -5 months? because EOP is killing me on the deadline and I didn't know what to right and I didn't realize that the EOP for UC's is just one application, while CSU's are required to have 2 letters of recommendations and your tax returns.

back to the subject, yea... I dont get life. But as of right now, the life everyone is accustom to is that everything is based off first impressions.

I think life should just be one huge learning experience, dont care about grades, or strict standards, but what works, work and learning how it works is fine, but dont butcher it. Dont take the fun out of the equation, because in one form or another, fun is always there.

Start of B-term and I need to Ace this whole term because i need to make up for my A-term mess due to mr. mendelsohn screwing me over and being an asshole about all of this...

I dont know exactly what my grades are but i know I got a "C" for kemples and a "B" in Reinharts and an "A" in Van Baal, I'm just hoping for the worst in english because yea... low expectations can be a good thing in times like these.

Still reading pride and prejudice, I'm on chapter 19. I still enjoy the book.

I'm in FML-mode right now with a little HC after-memory still in my head(thats the only thing that makes me smile contently) :)

So far I like the book haha. I especially like Mr. Bennett in the story, he reminds me of Mr. Reimer. Straight forward with an under-humor where you have to pay attention to get his funnies haha.

Homecoming <3

It was be the best night of my life with the most beautiful girl in the world :) After the visit to Janice's house and teaching her little brother (Matthew) a thing or two about playing the Wii and the akward check-in's my troubles just floated away like a loose paper caught in an updraft.

So I started with my day planning everything out so that it would go smoothly. The torturous wait for the hand striking 4, but it was worth it. I met up with Suk in front of Gates elementary school getting ready to ride the dash to chinatown and then changing to the #48 metro to Janice's house. There I got ready first because, knowing girls, they'll take some time and I don't blame them. It was a fun situation with Janice's little brother because her family thought I didn't understand cantonese until I answered back in the same dialect haha. Matthew didn't want to leave the wii and go shower, because he would go into the bathroom, and come out naked(yea how's it hanging).

After the girls got ready(Suk, Liz, Vera, Sandy and Janice)and I had the honor to take their group photo, Mrs.Li gave us a ride to school and the car ride there consisted of over-the-radio singing and random thoughts.

Arriving at homecoming I had my backpack and my tennis sweater on because my parents knew I was going to homecoming, but they didn't know the outfit I was going to wear. They wanted me to go in my government outfit(i know...). So after I met up with the guys n' girls (btw, you guys looked so nice) I went to go check-in my luggage. I immediately went into Sidney-meeting mode, haha I went back and forth looking for ms.Vu.

I dont know whether or not I should guide you readers into the next 3 hours of my life, but all I gotta say is:

She's a lovely dancer, I couldn't dance for my life, breakdance battle, pictures and congo line.

again, for putting up with me two times in a row

Day off & rule #17

So today, was my day off from school because of Veteran's day and I much appreciate that because I had a load of homework to research and type up that I couldn't do it all in the regular time I usually have.

government homework and I had to research Obama's plans for health care reform and I don't know how to present it but I think i'll just wing it with the notes I took down today.

English homework, was a hassle. so little to read, so much to type up.

thinking about homecoming :] because its almost here and I can't wait, the only night for a long time that I can be myself that late haha, i know it sounds weird but iono, just a thought.

Other then the above, I just sat in front of my flat monitor computer screen listening to John Mayer and playing games like any other guy with no life. Eating bun mai thats left over from the day before and going on facebook as usual.

Did I mention I watched Zombieland? That movie was fun, but sad to say, I would still perfer shaun of the dead over zombieland even though emma stone did looked attractive. Jesse Eisenberg made a good main character for that movie haha.

Homecoming pt. 2 [update]

Well, I convinced my dad that I could to go to homecoming and he was super skeptical about it, thanks to the stupid media. He told me the story about the girl that got raped and how no one who was standing around helped her. Of course the lecture too... telling me that its too late at night and that it's at school...

Congrats VHHS Girl's tennis team and HomeComing

YES! the girls won their first round city championship game against Marshall High School (4-3) with Amy Nam and Ellen Pan clutching their tie breaker 7-2. Anne and Liz won 6-6, 6-2. Samantha won and Carol won, I don't know their scores but who cares, its time to celebrate for a day!

Shits been going on and I just have to to sit and type up a blog.I don't even have to time to do it now, but since my fellow bloggers want something to read other then the regulars and jackie's threatening us from moving from blogger to tumblr, I think it is fair that this post I'm about to make should change her mind. :)

Anyways college apps are about to start and I think I'm a little behind because one month, to me isn't enough. DeBour said I could I apply for 4 UC's and 4 CSU's with fee waivers on both occasions. Still no certain on which UC's to apply to, other then SD and LA, so any suggestions would help, I'm ranked #47 btw and have a 3.667 unweighted and a 3.8_ weighted. woo top 11%!

I am going to need all you alumnus to help me with my personal statement so that I can get into SD at least because I wanna join all you guys there. Wouldn't it be funny if UCSD will become an extension of Verdugo because everyone from VHHS is accepted there? haha we would get at least one person we know in every class!

Van Nuys and League Champs!

Yea, I'll tell you the ending first. Verdugo Hills Highschool tennis team is now 09'-10' league champs! Congrats girls!!

Now on to the details: I skipped by 4th, got it covered by talking to my teacher, he's such a nice man, and skipped the last 45mins of 3rd period because we had a sub anyways and I finished my work and as of now finished typing it up, so I'm done for today. The girls went to play van nuys @ van nuys. Those muthufuckers stacked the team like as if it's a freaking merry-go-round. singles 1 @ double 3, enough said... anyways we crushed them 4-3 with a superior effort by doubles Josie and Sandy(8-6, close called) with sandy changing 3 raquets, and Carol for beat a trainered singles (doubles)3 (8-2). Samantha and Kelly did a no contest (8-1(or 2); 8-0).

Now for the "honorees": Amy and Ellen had to play with their singles one and another van nuys player and lost 8-3 which wasn't a surprise but it was because they just got psyched out. Doubles Anne and Liz lost (7-8 tiebreaker:7-#) probably another surprise of psych outs but crazy catch up from 2-7 -> 6-7 so good job there. Sidney lost as well, I dont know about this one, I just felt she wasn't trying 3-8. sorry sidney but nice try. The girl she was playing adapted to sidney's style of playing.

on to school:

1) nothing special. homework. tired as fuck!

2) Ceejay, Q, Ryan, and I are now on jury duty and we can get the highest is 79%(C+) F(our)L. Richard Lee got the worst possible score of the 2 classes combined

Guitar and Tennis

So today, I woke up at around 9-ish which gave me a good 9 hours of sleep. I had one final lesson for my classical guitar and I had to wait 2 weeks before I can go back for the 3 session. I'm still kinda shaky on my right hand technique according to my teacher because he says the right hand will be working more later on. So from 12:30 to 2:00pm I worked on my technique and watched my classmates play.

After guitar was over, Carol called my phone and my phone was with my dad since he's the one who needed to call my sis if she'll be going to tennis, so my dad said he answered and freaked out Carol lol. So I decided, "why not" and go to tennis as well, it turned out to be a nice day: the weather was alright, in the mid 80's, breeze and afternoon. After a while when Anne and William came, Q and them decided to play doubles and they stuck me with Sidney vu, coincidence? I think not. Us vs Liz n' Anne, won 6-2. Again Us vs Q and Emily, we won 7-5 (Emily got pretty good at net, still needs fine tuning, but she'll be kicking some ass her senior year.). William and Mabel vs Carol and Ellen, I dont know who won so lol yea. I went to go to the donut shop to get an Arizona Mucho Mango and it was sooo worth it.

Lauren, Ethan, and Justin... man they can be so active. Ethan almost got killed a couple of times, and He ran over Carol and Q a couple of times. He also wacked me with a racket..shit hurted, he went full out swung it. Justin was being quiet Justin and when I served and got a ball stuck on top of the fence, he tried to get it but failed >_<" Lauren was crazy good at tennis, every shot she hit went over, and the raquet was as big as her body lol. She can also play handball like a wizard... that little girl has so much potential.

Today was very enjoyable..til' I got home. I walked in the house and wanted to go shower, but my sis wanted to go wash her hair so I let her go first... then I wanted to play a game to past the time, but then my dad yelled at me for playing the game and not folding the clothes, so he yells and goes to his bootleg DVD drama shit... what an example he shows me... I like how he yells and the tallest/biggest, and more educated person of the family... he sure knows how to pick a fight... me being a little passive didn't do shit and just continued gaming.

Hello world

So I haven't blogged for a while, but I think i'll take this time to blog a little.

Currently I'm getting a 71.6% in mendelsohn because he's an asshole at due dates and saying "this is a college class, when I say its due, its due" even when half the class knows he knows he's bad at that and every time he says to turn something in, its very unclear and chaotic. Other then that I think i'll be getting B's in my progress report cards, and an "A" in comp science. I love that class because: no paper. Gov't has been going on tangents and there are way too many things to memorize and store in my head so don't know how to manage that except read, memorize, read, memorize. Calculus has been alright. I get the concepts and all that, I just need to step it up in the tests, because I want to be one of the top 40 kids and we have about 10 more then the norm, so preparing myself to kick those other 10 people's asses. So far... its been a steep hill for me...

On to music, I found about this one underground artisst and a crazy producer, so combined they create some awesome, meaningful jazz/hip-hop/rap combination. I'm talking about "Nujabes" I love his type of music, so mellow with a body moving sensation to every piece of song he creates. Just listen :)

Tennis has been going well, I got Ben into tennis and he loves it. Just plain fun. So yeah, I've finished 1 of 2 rackets of confusion thanks to my cousin.

College... I don't even want to start but if anyone is willing to help me on m personal statement, gimme a IM, thanks.

SLEEP TIME!!

Senior year so far... [updated]

Eating away at my croissant crust ham and cheese hot pocket, that is a little warm with oozing cheddar cheese, I realize I should blog about my senior year so far since we probably know the senior won't be blogging for a while once college apps, personal statements, FAFSA, and all those goodies come flying at use like daggers to a spinning bull's eye board.

Well my senior year started slow and not as exciting as I expected it to be. I got 4 AP classes(AP> calc/ gov't/ eng/comp sci) that I have to pass because those are the classes I need to graduate... stupid magnet SLC... stupid dad making me go... I have to take my 4th which I was , at first, lazy to accept. I wanted to play and practice tennis in my 4th and even manage for the girls tennis team since Dick makes me help the girls practice their shots anyways after 4th. So far so good, I think I'm getting either hi-B's or low to middle A's in my classes, because I got an "A" in kemple's first test and did all his starters and homework which are a breeze, and I think I got a "B" in Reinhart because I did REALLY bad in his chapter quizzes, which ceejay and I figured out what to memorize, and I got the extra-credit from the volleyball game to help keep that "B". I probably have a "B" as well in Mendelsohn because I do his work, but I participate occasionally in his class discussion which is actually above average because most of the people there shut up which the white bitches talk. Finally, I'm getting an "A" in Comp Sci, because I checked my grade and I have a 91.1% lol.

I'm going to really need help applying to scholarships and all the other stuff. I know you guys think I'm over thinking all of this, but this is just to remind me that I must kick ass til' the end of my senior year. I'll just have fun in college.

Facebook has been a drag... it keeps be procrastinating through my work and it keeps me glued to the monitor screen instead to using this fine too of networking to looks for tips and trick for the SAT's and good scholarships to apply to.

Tennis has been going great, the girls beat Van Nuys and No Ho this past week, but the girls still need a little practice :P Sandy's been trying on her topspin which, if mastered, she would become a crazy player next year. Josie's been kicking ass left and right, I don't know whether her skills comes naturally, a Ho given gift, or it's from Carol/Jackie's tennis skills rubbing off on her. I taught her how to volley and she will become one crazy bitch on the court next year, no doubt. Those were some of the props, there's more but I'm just too lazy to type about. Most of the girls are learning top spins and how to approach net which will be the key to their success in the play offs.

Homecoming, I will not be attending is seems like for the time being, since everyone's only reason is "It's your senior year!" what difference does that make? Homecoming this year will be on the Verdugo Hill's track field grass inside a tent. If the football team would win a few, that piece of land would be worth putting a dance floor on, but it isn't.

I will be going to grad night, hopefully with a date because Disneyland isn't the most exiting place to go with a bunch of guy friends or going on a ride by yourself. lol, I just think it's weird.

That would be my shirt company if I had one, but designing characters for the shirts isn't my thing. Like everything I do, I put effort into if and only if I want to do it, like I said before I don't like being told what to do. After Ceejay's custom shirt people started to ask me to draw and make a shirt for them... the idea is nice, but I like to draw only as my hobby. Martin Matreo is the only exception, I guess. I'll upload the 4-5 drawings I did of Martin; it wasn't easy. Mainly because he does his thumb thingys where I find it hard to draw symmetrically and his hair... its not unique like ceejay's(mini-fauxhawk w/ a twist, litterally) or ryan's(actual fauxhawk). Yes thats how you spell fauxhawk since a mohawk requires the shaving of the sides while a fauxhawks just pushes everything in the center. faux(foe) meaning fake, imitation.

Anyways, back to my original life, I've been trying to study for the SAT's and its going really slow, but with progress. Learning how to answer questions smart-fully and avoiding common mistakes, and even learning how to guess the right way. Good luck to me... I talked to my councilors today and Debour had a few more waivers, I was glad. Ms. Carbone made me so sad.... I got a 3.8 weighted and she said I'll be applying with that piece of shit GPA... She pulled out the UC list of schools and the schools I chose was 3.9+ (UC Davis, UC SD, UCLA, etc.) I know its my fault but still, such high standards..

UC app's start tomorrow, and I need you alumnus to help me write a sure fire personal statement because I need to get into an UC. I need help on writing a "brag sheet"? and recommend teachers for a recommendation letters. I want Kemple, Mojica, Mendelsohn, and maybe Dick or Reinhart.

Homecoming is coming up and people keep asking me to go "because its your senior year". Q is the first to ask if I'm going and if I do, to accompany him haha. I don't know what to do!

Everyone's getting ready for college, its going to be one hell of a year for all of us (Seniors & college freshmen). We got college apps and you guys get a first full college smack across the face, for some it will be easy and chill with no effort to get through it. For Some of us, it will be hell and a pain in the ass as we either sprint the final stretch or prepare to start the race by warming up. As I listen to The Beatles and Taylor Swift (particulary Love Story right now because it is just there, the track before was Fearless lol) the lyrics tell me a lot of shit we go through before we can be truly satisfied and happy, and most of those things have at least on thing is common.

I'm still feeling some pressure of college apps even before it happens because I just want to go to my favorite school(s) and go with my friends, but from what you alumnus are showing, its almost impossible for everyone to stay together and even if you DO stay with a couple of good friends, you end up getting fucked over by something totally out of control.

Essay writing and test taking is my greatest weakness and I've known this for a good part of my life, yet I can't make myself a better writer of test taker... I know studying and doing this over and over again to prepare myself, but it's so hard. (yea I'm whining but it lets me get it out of my system).

Everyone tonight is empty, I look on facebook and AIM, everyone's on but they are all away with a few exceptions.

San Fran update {updated}

My grandma's cooking is awesome and my aunt always buy spoiling food for my sis and I, but we're always scared to eat it because its kinda rude to eat other peoples food if they don't offer you or its that good of a dish that you won't wanna be an ass and finish it even though they want you to finish it.

It must the the cold or my grandma's cooking, its that good, because I even eat the left overs from 2 days ago (homemade fried pork-chops). Even the steamed vege with ginger is good, you know what I'm taking about you asians, blame ol' steamed veges-

I had to pause because the new hillshire farm commercial made me LOL because of the asian kid with a mean look pointing at his bag full of holloween candy to trade for a hillshire smoked turkey sandwich.

anyways, yea, food is good, everything is fresh and the fish we had was still alive this moving >_<" and the beef my grandma cook is literally falling off the bone and moist. I love grandma's cooking, I think most of us feel the same way, our grandma's cooking beats our parent's cooking unless your parents works at a fine dining restaurant and is a cook. No MSG/preservatives goodness. MSG makes everything tastes good though ahah.

Played tennis by myself on this wall, they painted so there is a target in the middle and all I did was try to keep hitting it, where I hit it 80% of the time. I hit it from about 20 feet away so it should be good practice for tennis this year because the target was a little over the height of regulation tennis net :D

I bought my first guitar tuner today for $10 compared to No Ho's or online's korg GA-30 tuner for $15. I feel more like a musician with a tuner, now all I need is more classical guitar skills and a nicer, well made guitar to play with, since mines is a cheap beginner guitar.

Well, I love the weather and I wish you guys were here to feel the cool, fresh, ocean air, except for kevin because he's about almost here lol.

Not really, all the smart pretty ones are either studying or at school while all the ugly loud ones are up and about, and no I'm not talking about the old ladys that are at china town here.

There are however, pretty white chick, not a big fan, but it seems like all the asian girls at So-Cal turn into white chicks up here in NorCal (ROFL, kevin's advise). I'm not joking you just have to come up here and see for yourself.

Anyways, my dad thinks that there is this good tux coat for me at this Ross so I'll be going to there and trying it out, I'm getting one because there will be this wedding coming up where I have to attend and from those monthly(or w/e) mock trials since I see some of my fellow past AP gov't people wearing suits and shit. Knowing most of the people in the class I'm probably going to be one of those muthufuckers that have to wear a stupid suit, but I do love the simplicity of the look.

My grandma's cooking is awesome and my aunt always buy spoiling food for my sis and I, but we're always scared to eat it because its kinda rude to eat other peoples food if they don't offer you or its that good of a dish that you won't wanna be an ass and finish it even though they want you to finish it.

It must the the cold or my grandma's cooking, its that good, because I even eat the left overs from 2 days ago (homemade fried pork-chops). Even the steamed vege with ginger is good, you know what I'm taking about you asians, blame ol' steamed veges-

I love grandma's cooking, I think most of us feel the same way, our grandma's cooking beats our parent's cooking unless your parents works at a fine dining restaurant and is a cook. No MSG/preservatives goodness. MSG makes everything tastes good though ahah.

Played tennis by myself on this wall, they painted so there is a target in the middle and all I did was try to keep hitting it, where I hit it 80% of the time. I hit it from about 20 feet away so it should be good practice for tennis this year because the target was a little over the height of regulation tennis net :D

I bought my first guitar tuner today for $10 compared to No Ho's or online's korg GA-30 tuner for $15. I feel more like a musician with a tuner, now all I need is more classical guitar skills and a nicer, well made guitar to play with, since mines is a cheap beginner guitar.

Well, I love the weather and I wish you guys were here to feel the cool, fresh, ocean air, except for kevin because he's about almost here lol.

Coppertone!

Coppertone - The Academy Is... is such a good song ahaha. Speaking of Coppertone we should be applying it soon since school is about to start and we will be coming out of our dormid stage, sleep mode, vacation mode soon. The sun is scorching and the fire near our school isn't going to help either. Since school is going to start, girl's tennis season is also about to start and yea... Coppertone and lots of it. If you guys didn't know what Coppertone is, its the sunblock that most tennis players in our school use haha, that blue bottle either spray on or cream.

I think my parents want to go to San Fransico in the next couple of days so I probably wont be on for a while, but you can always reach me by phone, but its not like anyone likes to call me anyways. I'm going to San Fransico to visit my grandparents, cousins, and my aunts and uncle. I guess it'll be good to escape from the heat by going to the bay area for a couple of days. There's a tennis court across from the house so cool weather + tennis = most enjoyable, but it'll be even more enjoyable with friends.

I can't wait til' school starts, I hate home I wish I can travel. The fire is being a bitch and I say summer is going to be a bitch and come this late to fuck around with us. Other then getting away from the house, I want to go back to school because it gives me a chance to hang with friends again and get to play tennis, that-no-one-ever-goes to anymore, again. Being is classes with the same teacher for a whole year will be awesome since I get the coolest and smartest teacher available at our school. Kemple, Reinheart, Mendelsohn, Van Baal, and of course, Dick haha.

SAT's is almost here and I haven't been studying much to do anything about my one shot highscore on that darn thing. SAT2 shouldn't be that bad as long as I don't forget math analysis and algebra 2 shit. My SAT prep teach tells me to take the ACT as well since the UC/Colleges would like to see that your out of the ordinary by taking it, and while some UC/colleges already ruled out looking at the SAT because of some shit thats been going on about how the SAT examinors skim through the essay writing section and only check of essay composition structure and no grammar since, in their theory, theres already a grammar section, which makes sense.
Anyways about that girl in the class, she didn't come on the last day lol, fml??

So I've been looking into scholarships lately and that gave me a frown. The reason is that I suck 99% at essay writing and most of the scholarship needs a good essay. FAFSA is also on my mind today and well, I didn't know you can apply for it early o_o"

I liked this new manga called "Defense Devil". To sum it up, its about this demon guy who has a human heart so he can feel love and sympathy towards humans and is also an excellent lawyer. So he defends those who have "though" to sinner, like for example, you tripped and get runned over by a car, the sin toward you is suicide, but you know its not, so He come and proves you innocent and its a win-win, he gets powers and you get to live again :D. I like to story lines, it adds a little humor so it doesn't look like a big fat drama.

well, I slept over my little cousin's house for about a week. That shit was so fun! One room isolated from the whole house. It had cable wireless internet and full out games and 2 airbeds, I love airbeds they are more comfortable then those memory foam.
all night gaming sessions (til' about 3 am) and card games.

Anyways, I'm done with everything and I'm even thinking about borrowing my cousin's calculus book so I can know a thing or two before school starts so that incase if we ARE on those certain subjects then I can focus on something else like college APPS and shit.

Ocean 13 is...

AWESOME!!! I love those smart comedies that make you think.I suggest you guys to watch it 100% and on blu ray, on THAT movie, it makes a big difference. I love Matt Daemon, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Bearny Mac, Al Pacino and the rest of the cast, sow guut (so good).

The bucket list was ok, I liked the story line and the thought the director put in it, but the details were a little iffy, if you watch it and pay attention the the details, you'll know what I mean.

I watched I Love You, Man again, and that movie is still my all time best bromance movie even though there aren't much haha. Steven Segual is good.

My MP3 is now filled with such white music... D: I need more diversity still. "The Academy Is..." is a good band though haha.

I slept over my cousin's house in his new guest room, and it was freaken cool. Air condition, t.v. and all these stuff. We brought the wii, monopoly, and cards to play all night, and since the guestroom is separate from the actual house, we played til' 3 AM in the morning, and my little cousin was so excited he didn't feel like going to sleep and still wanted to play wii sports.

school in like a week n' a half or so. I can't wait til school starts because I want to see everyone in the asian room again, its a more of a home feeling then my actual house. I still miss all the seniors so if they don't have school yet, maybe you guys want to visit the first day of school :D, fool around and play tennis like the good times.

My dad says my AP class will kill me, and I think I can handle them. I have confidence that I can manage them, it won't be cake, but it wont be torture either. Bring on the "college" level class (lol). I heard from my cousin that calculus is easy, he said that all I need to learn in concave/convex's and intergrals, and maybe a little summations.

I see Noemi feeling getting in a PETA mood hehe. I on the other hand have neutral feelings. I would love to see stuff we can make without animals and vice-versa though, that sound so interesting. I mean if we can make the exact same thing with the products that have the exact same results then why not change it to see if it makes our lives better, I love to take chances and pick/do stuff out of the norm.

Sighing Woohoo

I'm just going to probably whine throughout this blog because i dont have anything else to say or do. Since school is going to start in a couple of days I think it should be clear to everyone of their classes, if you guys didn't get my schedule from facebook, my classes are: (all AP) calc,gov't,eng,comp sci/tennis. So yeah, its going to be almost the exact same schedule as Anthony Vuong's. Such a good guy :D. I really need a GOOD, an EXTRAORDINARY, or even a CRAZY motivation for me to do my classes well. I mean I know I can do it, but I'm just being realistic that I wont have any encouragement to do well on all. I told myself that I'm going going to go on the computer on Saturdays and maybe Sunday's depending on the work and the only way to contact me is through phone, since its always on. This, in theory, will let me have a chance to study up on my subjects, do good in school, get somewhere in my life, get to communicate will friends with emotion and not through facebook, AIM, e-mail, etc. which are emotionless, like I told Atis, ANYONE can flirt over AIM but the confidence. have the courage to flirt in person(hardest)/ on the phone(hard), and it lets me have a chance to actually use my phone because its mostly been gathering dust waiting for people other then my family to call. Ceejay called today, but that was for like a sec. telling me to get on the computer and play games. yup yup... this summer I really wanted to change a little but its hard as hell if your stuck in the house for the majority of the time. I had some fun experience but not enough to change anything. still waiting on that special someone (yeah, I just had to put that line, its been really itching me lately.) even though I got to let all that shit go once school starts and if I'm planning to get some good scores on my AP exams... jesus christ how I regret not doing well on those. College application will soon tear me limb to limb trying to writing/type a good essay. I AM ONE BIG COMPLETE FAILURE!!!!!. I think whining is good for you as long as it doesn't annoy others, I think so because it lets you tell yourself of all the flaws you have and then its your choice to either embrace it and do something about, or just keep on whining til you get that shit fixed.I kind of want to fade away from all the shit above, so yeah. I have no social life so I have nothing to talk about haha. I just play with Anthony, Micheal, Quan, Kevin Conine, Ceejay, Arshad, Greg, Justin and all those people online and my dad just yells at me because my only social life is online, I mean its not that bad venting with good pals. 2 weeks til' school starts

and I think I have my new school clothes already haha.

-I wiped out my MP3 yesterday and I'm in need of some hip hop music or whatever genre Ryan B. and ceejay listens to because I like to have diversity in mines since I downloaded the (500)days of summer sound track. They even have french in there somewhere, so yeah, if you got any music in those genres please share :D

-I like fitted/skinny jeans now lol, after trying some out at stores I kinda shunned my other jeans.

-I want to watch "taking back woodstock", "District 9", and "Funny People"

-I bought back to school supplies, so prepare yourself calculus to get rocked by pink notebooks, yeah thats right, pink. I saw them for like, 10 cents or some and thats the first time I've seen a pink notebook so I bought it with other manly colors like black, blue, teal, and red lol. My sis and dad bought like, 10 bricks of erasers, 9 cartons of lead, and 40 paper back folders for 1 cent each (the folders).

-In my SAT prep class, we're dissecting movies for example, telling whose the main character, the theme the symbolism and metaphors, and stuff like who represented society and who represent nature, etc. Pretty fun and challenging. He said this will help us in the reading section of the SAT where we if we can dissect a song/movie quick, the stories will be a breeze. Speaking of this SAT class I have a crush on this Monica girl lol (if anyone read this, good for you and fyi, she's WAY outta my league). She's Asian, planning to go to Harvard (I know!) and super hot (pretty) >_<" she has a great personality and blah blah blah blah. YES. Too bad I won't be seeing her after next sunday :( and I don't have balls big enough for these kinds of things lol. Teach Me Ceejay! (jk, I'm too fugly anyways)

-I've been getting back to Wii Sports lately and I love it, I want to be one of those guys that will be skinny by playing it all day for like, 2 weeks lol

-Suk's been making me help her download albums, she's such a jerk lol its not my fault she's always on her Palm Pre and never on her actual desktop.

-HoN is going to be gone from my life once school starts, unless Conine can find a private server for DotA Allstars.

-I have a bottle of Tapatio next to my computer now, so when I need something spicy on my food(s) I'll always have it next to me while eating in front of the computer lol.

-people need to invite to play tennis, or start playing tennis over the weekdays/ends because its very boring at home and I dont wanna do the suck when boy season starts

-Debour didn't have any fee waivers yesterday...So Ben and I gave her our E-mail in case they come a little earlier then expected :)
-Guitar lessons are almost over and I barely learned anything... I think it's a scam but I'll just be persistent.
-I wiped out all the songs in my Mp3 so I get to download a new library of songs :D

Ceejay's House lol

First time going to Ceejay's house, it was really fun and homey, I like it. Malorie was so cute!! Rick like to pick on her lol and Ryan is always helping her out. Madison was playing computer with Ceejay's desktop and her and Ryan were trying to play Alicia Keys on their Keyboard. We were also trying to help Madison in that "Sketch it" game in Iminlikewithyou.com lol funny shit. Ceejay's room was sooo green O_O greenist thing I saw in my life and Ryan, Rick and I played Smash Bros. on his gamecube lol. Ceejay went to sleep, Calvin is dazzled with his new phone lol. "Wazzup playa!" rofl... fun quote of the day. Ceejay, you have one nice house, it was just too far to walk to from Taco Bell... Shaq and Jlo was going to kill me since I'm a new scent to the house lol. I kinda want to talk more but I'll just stick to the highlight of the day.

O yeah, Ceejay, Ryan, Rick and I were watching baseball together... that's just wierd, damn those Flips.

Anyways, help me you guys, I need new songs and I'll be deleting EVERYTHING in my Zen (700 songs) and I'll be replacing them with whatever you guys give me (maybe, none of those "peanut butter jelly time, peanut butter jelly time" type songs, if you know what I mean. So yeah, I'll be posting this up in facebook and myspace as well since I dont have a clue on music artist. I listen to just the music and block out the artist/title.

Boredom

its so devastating it's worst then a car accident on a freeway, IMO. Good thing I get friends to play with online and be able to vent to them over internet. It's times like these that I love the interweb and it makes me feel proud to use it. Ceejay has a surprise so I'll let him tell you guys what it is. I still have a week of summer school left... fml. My cousin is being invaded by his mom's Canadian friends and they're a big group (10 people, only the Canadians) not counting my cousin's family including my aunt, uncle, grandma, and my 2 cousin's and probably their cousin n' uncle, its basically a big tetris game at night when people try to find a place to sleep. My guitar lessons are going well, kinda. I'm still on the beginner stuff, but its all good. being good at something takes time and I only has one and a half hour lessons every saturday and my original instructor isn't here while I'm getting taught by his right hand men. I did a few more drawing in summer school that i'll upload in a couple of days I suppose since i dont have much to blog about over the summer. VHHS's packet arrive and I hate filling out all those things. My White-studios portrait is next week... fuck our school to have to make up pay for shit we already deserve... our cap n' gowns, our senior portraits, and all those other "senior fees", makes me wanna drop out and go to a community college and just finish off the classes there. I think my classes are going to fucked up this year. I don't really want to take physics because of bowmen being an average teacher, but for sure I'll probably get: AP-Calc-Gov't-Comp Sci. I kind of want English to help me in the future and AP art for ME(my enjoyment). but I think UC's would want a 3 year of science, but I took Bio, AP bio n' Chem do I really need another? or does the 2 different bio count? (that I really need to know guys. I'm trying to see with Debour if I can get fee wavers soon..god my senior year is going to be a messy start. I'm also planning my UC's :( its sad because I don't think I can go to any of them. UCSD will probably be my last choice (lol sorry jackie n' all you that are going there)

I might go to that if people I know go (ceejay, Ryan b, those people) and I need the exact date and time for that since I still have summer school, so that's a big bitch. I'll just ditch summer school, the lack of participation and a F in homework quality probably wont get me an "A" in the class to replace the "B" in my regular class anyways.

2)Get a tuner for my guitar so I don't have to get my teacher to tune my guitar every time I go there, plus if I tune it right before I go to the class the teacher will think I'm better then everyone else *EVIL!* HAHAHA!*

3)I'll have to take my senior portrait at white-studios next saturday? yeah, 8/22/09 @ 9:30 am
